Time to Pass on the Staycation
It is yet another year for the increasingly popular staycation to be thrust upon us. Now, when I say popular, I really mean non optional, as finances restrict us to sticking around in our local areas. One year is doable, with a smile on our faces, and a shoulder shrug that says it is novel. But, two years running and it is downer territory for certain.
I wish I could look into my crystal ball and say all looks bright for next summer, but I just can’t. What I can do is tell you that home swaps are on the rise, and might be exactly the “something different” you are craving. It could get you to a place you would not have named yourself for a holiday, but that results in one of your best trips ever. And if you are weary about the process of leaving your precious home, and belongings then be sure to search out a reputable company to work with in lining up the trade.
